2024 wasn't the year for honey, spring didn't arrive and the summer was dominated by rain and strong cold winds, not the best combination for nectar flow and honey.
We're not honey farmers, and the aim of The Bee School is to teach. We leave as much honey as we can with the bees for their winter feeding and only take what we feel is an excess.
This year it amounted to just 23 jars of 240g Wild Flower Honey.
