Harvested from tree sap collected from the bark and leaves of fir, pine, oak, and willow trees growing in the remote woodlands beside the Svratka river, Czech Republic.

“Rich dark honey with excellent viscosity and a complex, dark aroma. The smooth honey gives a great mouthfeel and then dances on the tongue with interesting flavours rich with the environment these bees have been working - this is a very tasty, delicious honey that sings of the woods.”

A specialist honey, quite rare and some beekeepers might wait up to 10 years for the perfect conditions for the bees to make a surplus. Honeydew honey has a slight woody taste perfect with yoghurt and complementing breakfast cereal.
